At Dedicate Source Solutions , HRD is divided into two areas, Recruitment and Training activities. This note summarizes just some of the major processes and initiatives taken by us in these areas.

Recruitment
Good employment practices start with good recruitment and selection practices. We attempt to make sure that the best people are selected in as objective manner as possible. Standard / validated written aptitude and technical tests are administered to eligible candidates. We ensure that selection takes place only when a candidate has been evaluated and seen by at least two departmental heads from technical and aptitude/ attitude points of view.

Job Title: Web Designer

Requirements:
You will need to have at least 2 years experience as a web designer, and have an impressive portfolio of previous design work. A high standard of English and Mathematics. Art or Design qualifications will also be an advantage.

Requirements:

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Requirements:
You will need to have at least 2 years experience using computers to create artwork, and have an impressive portfolio of previous design work. Good design and art qualifications will stand you in good stead for this post, as well as a good working knowledge of leading graphic applications.

Job Title: Web Developer

Requirements:
Technically proficient Web Developer required with experience building web-based database applications. Technical experience required: HTML and JavaScript. ASP, ASP.NET and SQL Server OR PHP and MySQL. Perl and DHTML optional.

Job Title: Trainee Web Developer

Requirements:
Responsible and organized Trainee Web Developer required for Placement. Technical experience desirable (not essential): HTML, JavaScript, ASP, MySQL, Perl, DHTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver. Enthusiastic applicants with no technical experience but a desire to learn will also be considered.
